High Speed Wireless Internet is provided free of charge year round.

There is a $200 deposit for summer and the school year. $50 of the deposit is non-refundable. $150 of this deposit is refundable as long as the apartment is left clean and there is no damage. If you are a returning student, your deposit will carry over, you will only need to pay the $50 non refundable portion again.
